Design
To create a timeless piece of custom jewelry you'll cherish forever, we use advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software. This powerful tool lets us craft stunning designs built around the diamonds and gemstones you already own—or, if you don't have any, we can source exactly what you need.
Following your concept and guidelines, we design the new piece with your stones precisely in mind, ensuring a perfect fit and balance. We rely on MatrixGold, widely regarded as one of the most advanced and powerful jewelry-specific CAD programs available. Once the design is complete, we generate photo-realistic renderings that show you exactly how the finished piece will look—before a single gram of metal is touched.
Casting
Once the prototype is fully prepared, we attach it to a sprue base and encase it in a flask filled with investment material. A vacuum removes all air bubbles for a flawless mold surface. After the investment hardens, the flask enters a burnout kiln for a controlled cycle that fully eliminates the resin, leaving a precise cavity. The mold is then brought to casting temperature. Using our induction casting machine, we melt your selected metal with exact, repeatable temperature control—ensuring clean, detailed pours every time. The result: a high-fidelity metal replica of your design.
Finishing
After casting, we quench the flask in room-temperature water to safely remove the investment and keep the metal workable. We then cut away sprues, file off excess material, and meticulously sand and shape the piece to restore every design detail. Using advanced setting tools and microscopes, our expert setters securely place your diamonds and gemstones with techniques tailored to your piece (prong, bezel, pavé, etc.). A final high-luster polish—achieved through specialized wheels and compounds—brings out the brilliant shine. After thorough inspection and ultrasonic cleaning, your custom jewelry is ready for delivery, perfected to heirloom standards.
