Refund policy
Nelsen’s Fine Jewelry offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original, unused, and unworn condition
- Still have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that personalized, custom-made, or engraved items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@nelsenjewelry.com. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.
Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at info@nelsenjewelry.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have received the item.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items that have been worn, altered, or do not meet our return conditions
We recommend shipping returns with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return transit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
