Refund policy

Nelsen’s Fine Jewelry offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original, unused, and unworn condition
  • Still have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Come with the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

  • Custom-made, special-order, personalized, or engraved items, unless they arrive damaged or defective
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn or altered, or that do not meet the conditions above
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@nelsenjewelry.com. Once we review and approve your request, we will send you return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We recommend shipping your return with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged on the way back to us.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at info@nelsenjewelry.com so we can make it right quickly. We will pay the return shipping for any item that arrived damaged or was shipped incorrectly.

Refunds

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for items that arrived damaged or were shipped incorrectly.

Refunds should reach your account within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@nelsenjewelry.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
